Russ Agrusa
Founder, President and CEO
Russ started ICONICS in 1986 to create off-the-shelf HMI and SCADA and Visualization software for factory automation. With over 30 years of experience in the development and management of HMI / SCADA and process control software for a wide variety of industries. Russ started his career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation designing software systems for Fossil and Nuclear Power Plant turbine control systems. He then worked at Foxboro Company leading the HMI development of the "IA" Distributed Control System. After Foxboro, Russ then worked at Analog devices to work on control software for real-time PC based applications. Russ holds several patents and has been awarded the Clifford Furnas award for engineering innovation. Russ has a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Buffalo and has taken graduate classes in Computer Science from Boston University. He is a member of the OPC Foundation Board of Directors since 2003 and is a member of the University of Buffalo Engineering Dean's Council.

Paula Agrusa
CFO
Paula, as CFO, oversees the company’s Finance, Treasury, Legal, Administration, Human Resources, MIS, Order Processing and Production functions. She has an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Buffalo. Prior to joining ICONICS in 1988, Paula worked in international finance and accounting management at Millipore Corporation in Bedford, MA and in budgeting and planning at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. |

Mark Hepburn
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Mark leads the global growth of ICONICS. With a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, Mark worked in servo motor design engineering at Electro-Craft Corp., then joined General Electric Company for 15-years. While working with GE, Mark focused on sales force management, marketing, P&L operations, and physical distribution of many of GE's industrial "business-to-business” operations. |

Dave Oravetz
Vice President of Engineering
Dave oversees the Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical Writing Departments in Foxborough, Massachusetts USA and the European Software Design Center in Plzen, Czech Republic. Dave joined ICONICS in 2003 with extensive technical management, program and project-management experience in the industrial controls space. With an MBA in Business Administration from University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, Dave’s management of winning products is legendary. |

Gary F. Kohrt
Vice President of Marketing and Product Marketing
While Gary has 30+years of exceptional professional experience, most recently, Gary worked for United Technologies as the Director of Product Management and Marketing helping define new products for the Video Surveillance and Card Access market. Gary has an MBA in Strategic Planning, Technical Management from the University of Dallas and a BS in Control/Computer Engineering from University of Texas at Austin. |

Oliver Gruner
Business Development Manager for Building Automation
Oliver is ICONICS Building Automation Business Development Manager. In1998, Oliver was hired by ICONICS as a Technical Support Engineer. Through the years with ICONICS, Oliver has been a Technical Support Engineer, OEM Support Mgr., QA Manager, Managing Director of ICONICS Germany, GmbH for three years, and Director of Strategic Accounts.
Oliver graduated from Friedberg College, Germany with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He is fluent in German and English.

Roberto Raimondo
Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy and Electric Utilities
Roberto joined ICONICS in 2005 after graduating with honors in Computer Science at Genoa’s University, Italy. He started as a software developer working closely with the Czech and US development teams on both GENESIS32 and GENESIS64 product suites. In 2008 he joined the International Technical Support Team as an Application Engineer providing QPS across Europe and researching on ICONICS technologies, especially GENESIS64 API and auto-configuration tools. In 2011 he moved into the International Sales Team taking care of Southern Italy and Renewable Energy customers prior to being appointed as Business Development Manager for the Renewable Energy and Utilities Industry. |
