Prior to moving into Operations, Ben served on the engineering team that built Dispel's first generation platform, with his domain of work revolving primarily around networking, integration, and UI/UX. Ben is a Director of the National Defense Industry Association’s New York-Connecticut Chapter. He graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Burke is the Global Director of Industry Standards for Mitsubishi to lead the strategic development and adoption of networking standards, including the adoption of Mitsubishi Electric’s open networks solutions. Mr. Burke is also be strategic industry advisor for the CCLink Partner Association (CLPA), responsible for strategic growth of the organization and adoption of the CC-Link IE TSN technology.

Mr. Burke is also the Director of Strategic Marketing for ICONICS providing leadership to increase market share of ICONICS leading edge product portfolio.

Thomas J. Burke background includes being the former OPC Foundation President & Executive Director, and pioneered the OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) as the foundation of information integration and interoperability.

Mr. Desrosiers studied Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston.

Michael Doak is a technology visionary with over 20 years of experience in all areas of the technology stack. His most recent experience is with Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) where he is leading a team of software, computer vision, mechanical and electrical engineers that are developing a state of the art computer-vision and machine learning analytics platform. This AI based platform, named Power-I, will be used in the electrical utility industry to reduce substation operations and maintenance costs while providing condition based monitoring and alerting for critical utility assets and facilities. Mike is fascinated by anything robotic whether it has legs, tracks, wheels, or is airborne and loves the challenge associated with taking data from these devices and converting it into an actionable data pipeline.

Chris has been with ICONICS since 1994 (with a short break from 2000-2001), working at the ICONICS Headquarters in Foxborough.  He is the lead Developer of GraphWorX64™, and is also responsible for researching new technologies, implementing core infrastructure components, reviewing and writing functional and design specifications, and helping to ensure consistency of the overall design and implementation of ICONICS software.  In the past, Chris was the lead developer of GraphWorX32™, and also worked on the 16-bit Windows and MS-DOS versions of GraphWorX™.  Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Oliver has been with ICONICS for 20 years. In his role, he is focused on business development for the Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation division and promoting the adoption of ICONICS technology within other Mitsubishi Electric business units. Oliver has 22 years of industry experience with expertise in Cloud and IIoT, integration with manufacturing and ERP systems, and large scale smart buildings deployments. Prior to rejoining ICONICS last year, Oliver was responsible for business development of redundant edge devices, consulting with manufacturing firms on their digital transformation journey, and IoT user experience delivery for connected products. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Friedberg, Germany.

Hepburn has broad experience leading sales, operations, and marketing teams over a 35-year career, with focus on automation solutions for industry and facilities. Hepburn’s background includes a 15-year career with General Electric sales and marketing and positions in design engineering, eCommerce, and digital media. Hepburn holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Wrentham, Massachusetts with his wife and their six children.

Ted’s 25-year career features a broad range of success in industrial automation markets. Prior to joining ICONICS, Ted was the Director of Business Planning for the Software and Controls segment at Rockwell Automation, responsible for annual operating plans, portfolio management, and acquisition integration. Ted served in a variety of roles at Rockwell including Director of Global Business Development and Business Director, Automation Software. In these roles, his responsibilities included managing Rockwell's relationship with Microsoft and other partners, acquisitions, and business and product management for automation software. Prior to Rockwell, he co-founded two software companies. Incuity Software, Inc. developed enterprise manufacturing intelligence software and was acquired by Rockwell in 2008. DataWorks Systems was a system integration firm he co-founded in 1994 that deployed a variety of controls and automation projects in North America and South Africa.

From 2013 to 2015, he worked for Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno-Service, maintenance service company, and he was in charge of IoT platform development for energy management and remote maintenance. His current research interests are smart buildings and cities, especially how IoT platforms solve challenges in these areas such as energy efficiency, space utilization, and occupant wellbeing.

Alasdair Monk is the Global Product Owner for FTSE 100 Engineering Group Spirax Sarco’s Steam Speciality Business. He joined the Group in late 2020 and is responsible for the development of their Connected Services offering. He is also an experienced Executive Leader who has spent many years in pivotal roles transforming industrial engineering companies including the Weir Group as it underwent radical growth, metamorphosing from an industrial pump supplier to a leading provider of mission critical solutions to the resource industry. ​

In recent years he has been responsible for the development of Spirax and Weir’s IoT enabled range of smart products working in partnership with pioneers in IoT and Edge technology including the Microsoft Industry Leaders Group, Dell and ICONICS, enabling them to undergo digital transformation and enter the remote monitoring and connected services markets.

Daniel Nikovski joined Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2002 and is currently the Group Manager of the Data Analytics group. He is responsible for supervision of projects using artificial intelligence, machine learning, optimization, and time series analysis technology in multiple business domains of Mitsubishi Electric such as robotics and factory automation, elevator control systems, HVAC, transportation, and electrical power systems. Daniel holds a PhD degree in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, optimization and control, and numerical methods for the analysis of complex industrial systems. He has published over 150 papers on these subjects, and holds 44 US and international patents.

Spyros joined ICONICS in 2021 after an 18-year career at Microsoft Corporation, as the Director of Industry Innovation, Worldwide Commercial Business. He is an experienced business and technology professional with a passion for developing innovative technology solutions for new markets. He has a proven background in understanding business requirements and models, developing new business models, and identifying ways to reduce operating costs or drive bottom line revenue using technology. Spyros brings hands-on experience in architecting end-to-end solutions for acquiring and analyzing data, and for acting upon insights derived from the analyses.

Spyros has spent the last ten years focusing on smart buildings and cities, on how to use telemetry data from the buildings and environment to address issues such as malfunctioning or poorly configured systems, safety, comfort, sustainability, and overall efficient operations.
