Why was the event rescheduled to May?

ICONICS has continued to monitor the impact of and potential risk associated with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees is our top priority.

In an abundance of caution, ICONICS made the decision to reschedule its 2020 Worldwide Customer Summit, Transform 360, originally scheduled for March 31 - April 3, to May 4 - 7, 2021.
 

Did the venue or sessions change?

Transform 360 is still taking place at Foxwoods Resort and Casino, Mashantucket, CT, USA. The sessions and evening events are the same, transitioned to the same day of the week, corresponding with our new dates.
 

Will my existing registration be valid?

Yes, existing registrations created prior to July 20 will be valid for the new dates. If you are unable to attend May 4 - 7, 2021, ICONICS will waive the standard cancellation fee, provided you email transform360@iconics.com in advance of the summit. We will be calling all registrants and sponsors to confirm agenda choices and dates for a seamless transition. To make this as simple as possible for you, your selections for sessions and dinners will be transitioned to the same day of the week, corresponding with our new dates.
 

What do I do if I am a speaker or a sponsor?

We will contact each of you personally to review next steps and logistics.
 

Do I cancel my hotel reservation?

If you booked your room at Foxwoods in our block, using our link, your room will automatically be cancelled. If you booked using an outside site, such as booking.com, you will need to cancel the room on your own.
 

Do I need to book a hotel room for the new dates?

Yes, new rooms can be reserved at our discounted rate here.
