Kyle Reissner

Vice President of Product Management

Kyle leads the global product management and technical communications teams, driving the growth of the software portfolio for Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS) and shaping product strategy to maximize Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions' impact within Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation. He believes innovation thrives when dedicated individuals unite for a purpose greater than themselves. Passionate about team dynamics, Kyle fosters environments where individuals collaborate seamlessly, forming high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results.

With more than 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, product management, and marketing, Kyle has held key leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, General Electric, and system integration companies. His expertise spans business growth, industrial software strategy, automation engineering, and team leadership.

Kyle enjoys working with customers, connecting with amazing people, and—above all—doing epic stuff. Outside of work, he loves hockey, snowboarding, and running. A graduate of St. Clair College in Ontario, Canada, he earned a diploma in Mechatronics Engineering and is a co-inventor on 30 patents.
