As one of the largest producers of wires and cables in the Czech Republic, PRAKAB a.s. began an extensive investment program to modernize the plant and increase production. With this, PRAKAB implemented GENESIS HMI/SCADA software, due to its PLC communications, OPC technology, increase in plant manageability, and energy efficiency.

Preciosa Ornela, a.s.

Preciosa Ornela, a.s. is primarily involved with metallurgical production, glassmaking and the manufacturing of raw materials for jewelry. They selected GENESIS64™ HMI/SCADA suite, including WebHMI™, to monitor temperatures, electrical parameters and combustion ratio glass sets as part of their production processes.

R-CUA

R-CUA selected GENESIS64™, MobileHMI™, and Hyper Historian™ to replace an existing competitor monitoring solution, and provide widely available data access through PC and mobile clients to monitor the power plant and heat distribution in the city of Strasbourg, France, in real time.

Rome Metro S.p.A.

The Rome (Met.Ro.) local government organization runs the Metropolitan Rome rail and surface bus lines within the city of Rome, Italy. They selected GENESIS to monitor and control the metro line from a centralized location and provide alarm notification for the coordination of emergency actions.

SAP Research Future Factory Initiative

Implementing GENESIS HMI/SCADA software for its Web-enabled OPC technology and cutting edge 3D graphics and visualization, SAP Research saw an increase in efficiencies across their supply chain and business operations as well as an increase in overall plant manageability and efficiency.

SASKI

SASKI, the General Directorate of Sakarya Water and Sewerage Administration, provides clean water to the province of Sakarya, Turkey. They required automation software that could integrate with their multiple applications across hundreds of locations, including tank storage, drinking water purification/provision, wastewater purification, drilling, flow metering, and more. After considering multiple solutions, SASKI selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions GENESIS64.

Scholle IPN

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions worked with Scholle IPN to connect all of their global locations to a unified control system. The new dashboards have minimized human error and saved untold hours in manual data entry and calculations.

At the Schwabenhof office complex in Germany, system integrator SysCom deployed GENESIS64 by Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions to deliver intuitive, web-based HVAC monitoring and control—boosting energy efficiency, system flexibility, and tenant satisfaction.

Scottish Water

Scottish Water provides clean, safe and high-quality drinking water to 2.45 million households and 154,000 business premises across all of Scotland. By applying an “Internet of Things meets Big Data” approach, the team invented a data-driven software solution based upon GENESIS64™ software that would revolutionize the way in which they could understand business events and ensure effective response arrangements for many years to come.

Signature S.A.

SIGNATURE S.A. sought to automate its paint plant using batch processing. They implemented GENESIS HMI/SCADA software, which was used to connect PLCs to SIGNATURE S.A.’s system, while the AlarmWorX™ module was installed to ensure traceability. WebHMI™ was added for remote control via production manager and process engineer stations.
