While we pride ourselves on delivering the most powerful and intuitive SCADA software, Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS) recognizes that System Integrators are an ideal way to create and commission your customized solution as quickly and cost effectively as possible. To that end, we’ve created an excellent System Integrator program to educate and certify our partners for your benefit. We encourage you to review our existing integrators or bring us your favorite for training and certification. It is a quick and easy process.
About the System Integrator (SI) Program
Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions works with System Integrators in all vertical markets. With our history in automation software, there is no application that we haven’t done. Our System Integrators reflect that vertical market diversity. Our System Integrators have the detailed application knowledge and engineering best practices to meet your needs in both project management processes and financial resource management to meet the requirements of even the largest projects. In addition, we offer our own QPS (Quality Professional Services) to augment our System Integration Partners when an extra effort is required. We maintain strong relationships with our System Integration Partners to ensure they have the up-to-date information, training and support critical to the delivery of successful solutions.

SI Program Levels
We’ve created a tiered System Integrator Program to deliver to our integrators the tools and expertise they are asking for. The more involved you are with Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, the more we help our System Integrators to maximize their investment in us. Customers will always benefit from the greater expertise found in our higher-level programs but rest assured that the success of every application is at the forefront of our efforts. To help our customers select the right System Integrator for their solution delivery needs, our multi-level SI program promotes and differentiates its System Integrator Program members (SIPs) that have invested in advanced training and have a proven history of delivering quality solutions using our products.

Our System Integrator Program is segmented into four tiered levels: Registered, Enrolled, Certified, and Gold Certified. Registered Member is the entry level. Enrolled and above System Integrator partners may advance to the Certified Partner or Gold Partner levels through a combination of employee training and certifications, along with documented project delivery experience. The Certified and Gold Partner levels recognize firms that have made the commitment to build out their delivery capabilities, and we work closely with them to market their solutions.

SI Certification Level Requirements
Certification is based on achievements in continuing education on our products for the System Integrator staff and successful project implementations. The table below indicates the value that must be obtained for each certification level.

Trained Personnel
Trained personnel include i) technical or engineering personnel who have successfully completed at least one official GENESIS or AnalytiX training course in the prior 18 months; and ii) sales personnel with a working knowledge of our marketing materials who are competent to present, propose and price products and who have attended at least one Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions sales training event in the prior 18 months.
Reference Sites
A reference site is defined as a fully operational customer installation of GENESIS or AnalytiX products. We will contact the customer to verify the references. The customer must be satisfied with the installation. All reference sites must be registered via email to [email protected].
Success Story
A Success Story is published by Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, describing a successful installation with a registered reference site customer. Any such customer must agree in writing to be accessible for a reasonable number of inquiries from Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions.
