People consume the products you produce, so as food and beverage manufacturers, it is crucial that your operations are optimized to ensure quality and safety. After all, consumer health and their satisfaction are at stake. Manufacturing goals that we can help you achieve include:
It’s safe to say that all Food & Beverage manufacturers are looking for magical gains in their manufacturing — improved efficiency, quality, performance, and uptime. GENESIS can help you realize these magical gains by automating your operations. You’ll be able to specify and keep track of crucial KPI’s for enhanced OEE and productivity, while also allowing your operators and personnel to work more efficiently and precisely to maintain quality standards.
Reducing the substantial costs related to unexpected downtime is essential to running a profitable operation, so knowing when to schedule maintenance and on what asset is key. GENESIS gives you the capability for predictive maintenance. Our software:
As a result, your operators can make informed decisions about optimally scheduling and performing maintenance.
GENESIS wrangles data to provide advanced operational visualization and insight resulting in the optimization of your production and packaging. You’ll be able to:
Visualize production in real time with rapid animations and responsive displays. Graphs, trends, and other metrics update in real-time to provide a comprehensive production overview.
Manage food and beverage production quality with native graphs and trends and quality reporting with Quality AnalytiX®. Quality AnalytiX allows operators, quality personnel, manufacturing engineers, and management to view quality SPC data.
Our fully integrated reporting module ReportWorX™ 64 organizes data into easily accessible report spreadsheets, especially for FDA compliant records and signatures. And its advanced scheduling engine can deliver reports directly to your email, phone, or other HMI screen, so your data is always when and where you need it.
Supervise production packaging using real-time data and our advanced dashboards. You’ll ensure all aspects of production packaging and its related logistics are running efficiently and optimally.
Catania Oils uses our automation software suite to leverage data for informational insight for plantwide visualization into production. The company monitors OEE and loss deployment to gain an even greater insight into the potential loss of efficiency resulting in improved production efficiency. Now, the company is focusing on the entire production process as opposed to focusing on a single machine fault or quality defect allowing them to capitalize on even greater efficiency gains.
“ The GENESIS software is so easy to use. DataWorX™ is a very understated component with a great deal of power. The graphics that can easily be created in GraphWorX™ are outstanding. ”
