ICONICS Releases Dynamics 365 Frontline Worker Integration Module

As a result of close partnerships between ICONICS, Microsoft, and Infosys, ICONICS is proud to announce the availability of the ICONICS-Dynamics 365 Frontline Worker integration module.

The ICONICS-Dynamics 365 Frontline Worker integration module enables bi-directional seamless integration of ICONICS FDDWorX fault events into Dynamics 365. By leveraging ICONICS technologies like BridgeWorX, Azure IoT Connector and ICONICS FDDWorX, fault events generated by ICONICS are automatically published into Dynamics 365 as Dynamics Field Service IoT Alerts. IoT Alerts can then be converted into work orders for field personnel. 

Once a work order is created, information about the work order and its subsequent state change events are sent back to ICONICS for record keeping and cross-referencing. This ensures that users of both ICONICS and Microsoft Dynamics are kept up to date on all work orders originated from FDDWorX.

A solution that combines the capabilities of ICONICS with Microsoft Dynamics 365 further fulfills the promise of Smart Buildings, by enabling the organization to not only discover fault conditions that affect the efficiency and reliability of a building, but to then expediently act upon those conditions to remedy a solution.
