Milesh Patel

Vice President, Customer Care

Since joining Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS), formerly Iconics UK, in 2001, Milesh has held various engineering, design, and architecture roles, including serving as the product owner for the Intelligent Business Software Stack (IBSS) suite in its early years. With over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, he has led and contributed to several large-scale software projects in the UK. Milesh currently manages and coordinates the support, project delivery, and operations teams for Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions in the UK. He is responsible for designing and delivering industry-leading solutions using the Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions platform.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and an AMBA-accredited MBA in IT Project Management from Leicester University. Additionally, he is an affiliate of the Institute of Asset Management.
