Dudley, West Midlands – June 2, 2023 – ICONICS, Inc., a group company of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and leader in industrial automation software, wholly acquires ICONICS UK – one of the first independent regional offices set up by ICONICS, Inc., in 1991.
ICONICS UK provides software development, solution delivery, and technical support services for the UK and Ireland. The acquisition will expand ICONICS’ global software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering for smart buildings, as well as its leadership team and engineering capabilities in Europe and beyond. The day-to-day operations of ICONICS UK will continue without changes, and the acquisition is effective as of June 2, 2023.
