How to Join
Joining the Global System Integrator Program is straightforward. From application to onboarding, our team will guide you through every step of the partnership process.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete the online application to begin the partnership process.
Step 2: Review Your Application
A regional sales representative reviews your application and works with you to order the System Integrator package (ICO360-SIP) and SupportWorX.
Step 3: Complete Your Onboarding
Receive your development licenses, SupportWorX account, and Global System Integrator Program Certificate.
Step 4: Become a Program Partner
Your organization is added to the System Integrator Directory and gains access to technical support, training, development resources, and program benefits.
Initial Enrollment
To become and maintain a Standard Partner, your organization must complete the initial onboarding and annual renewal process described in the Global System Integrator Program Guide.
As a Global System Integrator Program partner, your organization is expected to:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Participate in workshops and technical training to support continuous professional development.
- Support active SupportWorX subscriptions for customer systems to ensure ongoing updates and technical support.
- Comply with the System Integrator Partner Agreement and Code of Conduct.
