Webb County Water Treatment Plant in Rio Bravo, Texas, constructed a new plant to replace the outdated, high maintenance water treatment facility. Its updates included using GENESIS HMI/SCADA software to ease operators’ and maintenance interaction with the graphically-enhanced, bilingual systems.
