Foxborough, MA – April 26, 2021 – ICONICS, Inc., a group company of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, is a global automation software provider and six-time winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year award, providing advanced industry 4.0 web-enabled OPC UA compatible and BACnet certified visualization, analytics, and mobile software solutions for any energy, manufacturing, industrial, or building automation application. Today, ICONICS announces the integration of its automation software solutions with the sensor-focused products and services of Sysinno Technology, Inc. (www.sysinnotec.com), headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and developer of the iAeris air quality monitor.

As part of a joint effort to offer clients better control over workspace health and safety, ICONICS has entered into a working partnership with Sysinno Technology, Inc., a provider of sensor-related product design, application, and services, to provide an air quality monitoring solution using Sysinno’s iAeris line of air monitors.

This collaboration brings several advantages to users of Building Management Systems (BMS) concerned about air pollution, specifically its multiple parameter measurements such as PM2.5 /PM1.0, Ozone, Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), HCHO, and CO/CO2 levels. The combined efforts of ICONICS and Sysinno will provide monitoring beyond normal standards, which generally only account for relative humidity, temperature, and CO2. Proprietary algorithms ensure the data can be quickly parsed, analyzed, and reacted to on a virtually minute-by-minute basis.

Currently the only production-ready air quality monitor on the market to be integrated with Microsoft Azure Sphere and Azure IoT Hub, iAeris benefits from access to its high-security
software, hardware, and cloud computing services to further enhance its capabilities. Through
this working relationship with Sysinno, ICONICS brings air quality tracking and management to
its highest levels of security and sophistication yet.

“Air quality monitoring is an increasingly important aspect of ensuring a healthy building,” said Zhi
Wei Li, Director of Solutions, Innovation & Incubation at ICONICS. “Sysinno’s iAeris devices, with
Microsoft Azure Sphere integration, greatly simplify the process of adding air quality monitoring
to an intelligent building monitoring platform like ICONICS’, allowing for a plug-and-play-like
experience and providing air quality insights in a matter of minutes.”

“We’re pleased to partner with ICONICS and Sysinno to bring the first Microsoft Azure Sphere
enabled air-quality management solution to market,” said Lakecia Gunter, VP IoT Global and
Strategic Engagement at Microsoft. “By using Azure Sphere technology, Sysinno and ICONICS’
solution can securely monitor and improve the health and safety of smart spaces as we transition
into a post covid-19 world.”

Sysinno’s integration with ICONICS’ automation software suite increases the scope of its
ambitious vision to over 100 countries and furthers its goals of building a better, healthier future
by worldwide collaboration with industry leaders and customers. It is fitting that Sysinno, which
prides itself on providing the finest air quality technology, should take this major step with
ICONICS, a partner whose motto is to “Make the Invisible Visible™”.
